SATLA is proud to work in partnership with the National House of Traditional and Khoi-San Leaders and Sun City in delivering the inaugural national awards programme.
SATLA is building national awareness through traditional leadership engagement, stakeholder mobilisation and public participation ahead of the inaugural awards.
Nominations are open for eligible traditional leaders and nominees across South Africa as SATLA prepares to identify finalists for the inaugural national awards.
Following the nomination process, SATLA will move into the finalist announcement, national media engagement and final preparations for Sun City.
The Road to the Awards culminates at Sun City Resort with the inaugural South African Traditional Leaders Awards — a national celebration of traditional leadership, heritage and culture.
